The only comprehensive, dedicated vein care clinic in the region, Dr. Johnson and the RMVC staff have performed over three thousand vein procedures – a claim no other facility in the region can make. While other clinics may offer vein care, RMVC has distinguished itself by focusing solely on the treatment of venous disease.
Rocky Mountain Vein Clinic expands to meet patient demand
Rocky Mountain Vein Clinic recently expanded and moved their Billings office in order to meet increased patient demand. “Being the market leader means setting the standard for patient care in every respect,” points out Dr. Johnson, “Our new facility allows us to continue to provide superior, cutting-edge care in a warm, comfortable environment.” RMVC‘s new 4,600 square-foot facility is more than double the size of the original space.
Located at 2820 Central Avenue, Suite A, in Billings, MT, the new facility is in the same complex as the original office. “Our new facility allows us to more effectively meet patient demand in the Billings area and the region,” said Dr. Johnson, “We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new treatment space – it is even more comfortable and inviting than our original facility.”
Larger Facility Offers More for Patients
Since opening in 2006, Dr. Johnson and his staff have performed over three thousand vein procedures – a claim no other facility in the region can make. Rocky Mountain Vein Clinic Welcomes Two Outstanding Physicians
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Jonie Hines, who joined RMVC in September 2011. A Board Certified Family Practitioner, Dr. Hines served most recently as the Department Chair at the Billings Clinic in Cody. She joined the RMVC team in Cody, but will also work in the Billings location. Hines remarked, “I’m excited to expand my professional medical repertoire and to continue to provide care to patients in the Cody area.” Dr. Johnson considers her enthusiasm and commitment to patient care to be a tremendous asset to the team. “We are fortunate to have her,” he said. She is well known for her ability to provide compassionate and comprehensive care.
A Wyoming native, Dr. Hines received her B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering and her M.D. from the University of Iowa. Dr. Hines has also served as the Clinical Director at the Blackfeet Community Hospital in Browning, MT, as well as conducting medical missionary work in both Ecuador and West Africa.
“We were thrilled when we learned in October that a physician of the caliber of Dr. Philip Seu would be joining our team,” remarked Dr. Johnson. A Board Certified General and Transplant Surgeon, Dr. Seu recently held faculty positions as well as performed liver transplant surgery while at UCLA’s School of Medicine and founded the transplant program at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. “I’m honored to join the RMVC team,” Dr. Seu commented, “When I met Dr. Johnson, I quickly realized that we shared the same passion for practicing medicine and vision of providing patients with personal, compassionate care.”
Dr. Seu received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Baylor University and graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Afterwards, he trained at UCLA in general and transplant surgery. Dr. Seu will work primarily in RMVC’s Billings location.
